I’m an executive HR partner with experience supporting founders and leadership teams through growth, change, and hard people decisions.

I work directly with founders when teams aren’t working, leadership is stretched, and people issues are starting to slow the business down.

My role is to step into those situations, deal with the issues head-on, and help leaders move forward without carrying it alone.
