About Leah

I work with founders and leadership teams when growth has exposed gaps in performance, leadership, and accountability.

That might look like underperformers who’ve been tolerated too long, managers who aren’t managing, or a leadership team that’s misaligned and stuck in the weeds.

My role is to step into those situations, deal with what’s actually happening, and help leaders make decisions that move the business forward.

How I work in the room

I’m direct, calm, and practical.

I don’t dance around issues, and I don’t inflate them either. I ask the questions most people avoid, name what’s happening plainly, and help leaders deal with it without making things messier.

I’m not interested in performative culture work or endless frameworks. I focus on what’s getting in the way of your team doing their jobs properly, and we start there

I won’t paper over problems with policies.
I won’t tell you everything is fine when it isn’t.
And I won’t keep things vague to avoid discomfort.
If you’re looking for someone to write documents, smile through meetings, or avoid hard conversations, I’m not the right fit.
I’ve worked inside growing companies and alongside founders as they navigate scale, change, and the people challenges that come with it.
That includes stepping into senior HR roles, supporting leadership teams through transitions, and helping founders deal with issues that don’t fit neatly into a job description.
The work is rarely clean. But that’s where I’m most useful.
