You’ll share some context on what’s going on. I’ll ask questions to get underneath the issues and understand where things are getting stuck.
After the call, I’ll follow up by email with a clear outline of scope and pricing.
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll agree on a start date, I’ll send a simple agreement and deposit invoice, and we’ll schedule a kickoff call.
No long sales process. No drawn-out proposals.
