Executive HR Partner (Fractional)

This is ongoing, senior HR support for founders who need leadership-level help without hiring a full-time executive.

I step in as the executive HR lead and work closely with the founder and leadership team on performance issues, leadership accountability, hiring and exits, and the people decisions that come with growth.

This work is embedded, practical, and responsive to what’s actually happening in the business.
